Designs from Perfect Little Stitches may be stitched an unlimited number of times on items for personal use, on gifts and on items for sale.  Patterns may also be sewn an unlimited number of times, for the same uses.  If you are selling embroidered items on the Internet, it would be nice if you included my URL with the description of the item, but that is not required. 

You may NOT sell, trade or give away the design files or copies of the design files.

Designs are sold on instant download unless you are buying a CD (CDs have "CD" in the name) or a printed pattern or book.  Due to the electronic nature of embroidery files, there are NO REFUNDS for instant downloads or CDs.  You may request replacement files of instant downloads or a replacement for a CD that arrives damaged.

CDs may not be resold without my permission.
